Becoming a member of the Association
To become a member, complete the required request form and pay your annual subscription. Here are three ways of doing it:
- Click on one of the following links to print a subscription form in PDF format and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive your access code and a copy of the Levasseur Newsletter
- You may also complete the electronic formulary and mail your subscription fee. After receiving the payment, we will send you your access codes.
- NEW: For quicker access you can use PayPal® (company associated with E-Bay). You will receive your access codes generally within 12 hours. For this transaction click on the link on the right for to access on the PayPal secured site.
To become a Cyber-Member it cost only $18.00 per year and $25.00 per year to become a «Regular Member».
Advantages (for Regular and Cyber-Members):
- Receive the «Newsletter» 3 times per year by mail for Regular-Members and by internet for the Cyber-Members:
- Assist at the meetings and gatherings of the Levasseur family;
- Receive assistance form specialists for historical and genealogical research.
For members who have an E-Mail address (access with a password):
- Access to the Association’s data bank (more than 100,000 entries!).
- Section of ancient photos of the Levasseur families.
- The archives of all Newsletters since 1988.
- Access to the Levasseur Forum des Levasseur (being prepared).
- Possibility of secured electronic payment with (PayPal).
Additional advantages for persons adhering o the category "Cyber-Member”:
- Cost saving for the annual subscription.
- Cyber-members have quicker access to the latest issue of the colored version of the Levasseur Newsletter distributed in PDF format.
- Members have access to the latest issue of the colored Newsletter on our web site two weeks prior to those who receive the black and white printed issue.
- Eliminate the risk of a lost issue or delay in the delivery.
Conditions to adhere to the category of Cyber-Member:
- Subscription is for at least one year, a Cyber-Member who subscribes for one year on December 14, 2007 will have his subscription terminate on January 1, 2009.
- If there is no renewal of membership, the system will automatically cancel the access code on that date.
- The Cyber-Member must provide a valid E-Mail address since all communication is addressed in electronic E-Mail format.
